내용 | 7 plagues have gone by. The last 3 plagues are in this Torah portion. Locusts, Darkness, & Death of firstborn. In this Torah portion the mighty Egyptian empire is brought to its knees, their idols crushed, and arrogant Pharaoh is reduced to begging for his life while the Jews collect their long-overdue payment for all their hard work in Egypt over the last 200 yrs. Exodus 10:1,2 And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in to Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might show these my signs before him: And that you may tell in the ears of your son, and of your son's son, what things I have worked in Egypt, and my signs which I have done among them; that you may know how that I am the LORD. 226. אות 'owth, a signal God did not tell Moses to "go to Pharaoh" but to "come to Pharaoh," meaning "come along with Me to Pharaoh." Exodus 10;3,4 And Moses and Aaron came in to Pharaoh, and said to him, Thus said the LORD God of the Hebrews, How long will you refuse to humble yourself before me? let my people go, that they may serve me. Else, if you refuse to let my people go, behold, to morrow will I bring the locusts into your coast: Now, if the purpose of leaving Egypt and Pharaoh's whip was to be able to serve G-d, so where is the freedom? Every intelligent person understands that without the navigational fix provided by the compass we will flounder and sail in circles. If you want to enjoy the freedom of the high seas you must first become a slave to the compass. ... For complete notes, audio and video downloads please see: http://elshaddaiministries.us |
